COMPANY HISTORY TIMELINE
2001: OPENING
ASAP Industries was founded in 2001 by Timothy Deroche. He opened the company in a
small 2,400 square foot building with only 3 machines, operated by himself, with the help of his two sons.
2003: NEW HQ
In 2003 construction began on a 5,000 square foot shop at 908 Blimp Road – ASAP’s new headquarters.
2004: SHOP 1 EXPANSION
An addition to the original building was constructed in 2004, adding 8,000 square feet. The increased capacity housed CNC and Manual machines.

2007: REPAIR SHOP EXPANSION
In 2007, the company once again needed more room to meet demand. A 60’ x 280’ addition was constructed to accommodate Large CNC machines. An office addition was also constructed, adding 6,000 square feet of office space.
2011: BOP RECERTIFICATION
A new 15,600 square foot shop, office and breakroom space was constructed in 2011. The additional areas provided the needed space to perform full BOP repair and recertification services.

Two expansions began in 2019 and ASAP expanded to the Permian Basin in Texas. A brand new 10,000 square foot shop opened with new manufacturing and repair capabilities. Meanwhile, in Houma, a new 80’ x 160’ building was added to house Quality Control and other machining operations.
